I called Scott when our 17 year old PV system quit working. We scheduled a time to get together at my house and he checked out the system and determined that it was a problem with the inverter. He explained everything that he was doing in the process of checking out the whole PV system and inverter. He had a new inverter on the truck with him and within a couple of hours my system was up and running. I was very impressed with Scott's knowledge, his punctuality in showing up on time and his willingness to explain how everything worked ( in terms that I could understand). After the job was completed he called me about an hour later to go over any additional questions I might have. He also made it clear that if any issues arise or I have any new questions, I can feel free to contact him. He takes care of his customers and takes a whole lot of appropriate pride in his work.
